Look for updates on all building projects on the library Web site at www.duq.edu/library.
The Simon Silverman Phenomenology Center will be closed starting May 9 for renovations. There will be no retrieval of Silverman collection materials during the closure.
The entire first floor will be closed and used as a staging area and temporary storage for items moved during the renovation. For materials (not in the Silverman collection) with a first floor location please check with the Circulation Desk on the 4th floor for possible retrieval.
From May 16-July 16 replacement/repair work will be done on the roof of the Gumberg Library. There may be some 5th floor disruption, either noise or unpleasant aromas during this time. Library users may wish to relocate to the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floors for quiet study and a better working environment.
